1. PCBA workflow:
A. Read the unique ID of the device
The POB board gives the unique number and ID of the equipment. The equipment ID is entered into the system background after leaving the factory. The end user's mobile phone scans the code link to fill in the user information and matches with the unique number of the corresponding equipment. The background matches and completes the audit. After the machine is activated, the sealing operation can be completed.
B. Scan QR code
Decoding: scan the read string, decode the QR code data of the picture with the secret key through the public tea algorithm, and read the unique ID of the meal plate of the QR code. If the scanned data cannot be recognized, no sealing operation will be carried out, and an error will be prompted if the meal plate is illegal.
C. Sealing operation
a) After decryption by tea algorithm, the data is in the correct format, the sealing operation can be carried out, and the records can be saved to the local EEPROM.
b) Every 5 minutes, the sealing machine uploads the dinner plate ID that has not been sealed to the background. After the background makes a judgment, the response data is sent to the corresponding sealing machine, and the sealing machine receives the data to perform the corresponding operation.
c) If the server data response is not received for more than three times, the machine prompts the network instability error. Please check the network information. After requesting to connect to the server again, the received server connection handshake protocol returns to normal, and the meal plate data not uploaded before is transmitted to the server.
D. User information proofreading
When operating this machine, the background detects that it has not been used for more than a week. If it is used again, the background sends the reactivation information to the PCB, and the sealing machine prompts the corresponding error code, which needs to be reactivated by the end user. If the activation information does not match the last time, it cannot be used. Background record exception. Until it is consistent with the original activation information, the background sends the corresponding error message to the sealing machine, and the sealing machine can continue to use after clearing the error.
2. PCBA hardware design requirements
A. 222v, AC power connection.
B. Through the QR code scanning module (purchased on the market), identify the QR code and store the QR code data locally.
C. Upload the data stored locally to the server every 5 minutes through the WiFi module (available on the market), respond to the server and make its actions.
D. Control heating panel, 300W.
