The principle of solar street lamp PCBA is to combine the light source into a smart, environmental friendly, perceptual and interconnected smart microgrid through intelligent transformation. In this scheme, the traditional pulse width modulation (PWM) controller is changed into the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) controller with high charging efficiency, the high-energy power consumption light source sodium lamp is replaced with a new lamp, and an intelligent controller is installed on each lamp. The user can remotely control the switch, brightness and automatic switching time of the lamp, illuminate on demand, and realize secondary energy saving.
There are two control modes of solar street lamp PCBA: automatic mode and time control mode.
In automatic mode, the light sensor is used to collect the ambient brightness of the environment where the equipment is located, and the collected environment is converted by algorithm to determine whether the ambient brightness at that time is in the state of darkness or dawn. When it is detected that the ambient brightness reaches the dark standard, the street lamp will be turned on; When it is detected that the ambient brightness reaches the dawn standard, the street lights will be turned off.
The time control function mode realizes the light control by manually setting the time. The time control includes 6 time periods, which can automatically adjust the load brightness time and power according to the needs of users.

Automatic mode can greatly reduce the intervention operation of staff, but it can not be flexibly controlled according to the actual situation, and the street lights may be turned on too early or too late. The timing control mode can accurately control the opening and closing of street lamps, and can be set flexibly according to the weather conditions. This scheme combines the advantages of the two control modes and adopts the strategy that the light control mode takes precedence over the time control: if it is dark to a certain value, the light will be turned on even if the start time of phase I has not arrived. On the contrary, if it is bright to a certain value, the light will be turned off even if the end time of the last phase has not arrived.

If the user wants to control the separate turning on, turning off and dimming of the equipment in a project, the map mode can be turned on. The map mode focuses on overlooking the overall situation, and can see the location of the equipment, the number of lines and the statistics of the number of lights on.
