Elaborate on quality responsibilities and authorities

QC is the abbreviation of quality control in English
Some organizations will set up such a department or post to be responsible for the relevant quality control functions required by ISO9000 standard. The personnel responsible for such work are called QC personnel, which is equivalent to the product inspectors in general enterprises, including incoming inspector (IQC), process inspector (IPQC), final inspector (FQC) and delivery inspector (OQC).
IQC (incoming quality control) refers to the quality control of incoming materials, which is referred to as incoming material control for short.
IPQC (in put process quality control) in Chinese means process control, which refers to the quality control of the final packaging process of the product from the input of materials into the production channel.
FQC (finish or final quality control) finished product quality inspection
OQC (out quality control) finished product delivery inspection
DQC (design quality control)
MQC (manufacturing quality control) process quality inspection
QA (quality assurance)
Idqa (design quality assurance) design quality assurance, such as DQA Manager (Design Quality Certification Manager)
QE (Quality Engineer)
JQE (Joint Quality Engineer) client quality engineer, that is, the quality engineer hired by the supplier to work for the customer, is the eyes and ears of the customer SQE.
SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) supplier quality engineer.
In a project team, there are two roles: QA and QC. Their major differences are as follows:
QA with necessary qualifications is a senior talent in the organization. It needs to fully master the process definition of the organization and be familiar with the engineering technology used in the projects involved; QC includes not only senior talents such as software test designers, but also middle and junior talents such as general testers.
QA activities run through the whole process of project operation; QC activities are generally set at a specific stage of project operation, and may be completed by different roles at different control points.
For competent QA, tracking and reporting findings during project operation is only the basic part of their job responsibilities. More valuable work includes providing process support to the project team, such as providing cases and reference data of previous similar projects for the project manager, introducing and explaining applicable process definition documents for project team members, etc. QC's activities are mainly to find and report product defects.
